I think the dynamic/situation would be this they understood eachother when dealing with strict parents and helped eachother through hard times (or so karmi thought *extremely loud gasp*) i am still working out some details but any help/critiques is absolutely welcome‼️‼️ (also if you feel like drawing him with this design please tag me for credit‼️‼️‼️ flammarion and karmi hit it off pretty well! I’d say they’ve been dating throughout the show but im still not sure about that. his and karmi’s parents have known eachother for a good amount of time they ended up introducing their kids, hoping for a relationship between the two which succeeded. My immediate thought was to that he’d probably be some rich kid probably around 17 years old. So i thought “hmm what if i created our new boyfriend flammarion?” and that’s what i did OKAY OKAY WE ALL KNOW THIS THING RIGHT (if you don’t know this is the original storyline for city of monsters) ‼️(((CW: STRONG LANGUAGE + MENTIONS OF ABUSE)))‼️ thx for reaching the end of my dumb rambles n.n And also the voice acting during that train scene aaaaaa im loving it I rly like when they say “Big Hero 6″ and “to the power of 6″ it just has this Important Vibe now n.n Also dang Obake’s voicing, Obake stans would enjoy hearing it, I’m just saying, it’s so chilly Everyone sounds extra panicked/stressed when Hiro calls to warn them about Yama breaking into SFIT and it really adds to the intensity of the situation have I mentioned I love how Wasabi sounds in the JP dub, (him going “adrenaline wave, whooo!”, while the gang fight the bootleg Baymaxes sounds awesome) even more emotional like the scene with Granville teaching Hiro about balance this dub just makes any scene with emotions just.
Weird thing but I like hearing how SF sounds in the dub, like when people say “San Fransokyo” idk it just sounds very nice and smooth omg more feels when Cass reunites w/ Baymax how dare you JP dub Gonna watch part 2 and then call it a day Also Wasabi sounded so angy/concerned in the scene back at SFIT, don’t blame him Man that fight scene in Yama’s base, the VA was top notch I double checked the english dub and there’s still the echo but it’s more visible in the JP dub yo Fred’s voice when he’s wearing his helm is kind of echo-y now? that is so cool The “oh no” still has the same energy as ever. tidbit I’ve noticed is that when Hiro is referring to Tadashi, he always refers to him as nii-san (which is older brother), ig the dub likes using honorifics more! I’ve already heard Baymax’s voice in the JP dub (credit to for sharing me a clip) and he sounds great! (poor Dibs, someone plz help him he sounds so scared I don’t blame him) (putting the rest in read more so it doesn’t get super duper long)

The scene where Fred is trying to convince the gang to be superheroes is 10x dramatic (everyone’s VA aaaaa) all you need is dramatic music to go with it and the series is an anime now I’m sure Granville’s voice in the JP dub will grow on me just gotta get used to it n.n Probably should not go into this with the mentality that everyone will sound the same or else I’m gonna set myself up for disappointment Granville’s VA also sounds different than the English VA, not sure if I’m a fan or not but still carries the same serious tone Wasabi’s VA is probably my favorite out of the nerd gang VAs (minus Hiro and Baymax) you’re doing great <3 The beginning of the ep reminded me of TE FEELS hhhh (and yes I will be making a post about it for the eps I watch, I guess I’ll talk about Baymax Returns in this one)ĭisclaimer: these are my opinions and you might have different thoughts about the JP VAs Most of the VAs sound simillar to the English VAs, Aunt Cass sounds different but still has the same “proud parent” voice when talking to Hiro before he leaves for SFITĪlso cool thing is that the “Hello, I am Baymax” from the intro is in JP too it’s so cool!
